Beamera presents ultra short pulse variable laser beam expander for high power lasers. It features three main advantages that help to stand out from the competition:

·         Only 6.8mm if dielectric thickness makes sure device introduces minimu Group Delay dispersion

·         Compatible with 50 fs  pulses and below

·         Ability to sustain high laser beam energy, therefore extend laser system uptime.

Variable expander features x1.5 to x3 range, that can be continuously zoomed along the range. Product is available for 1-st, 2-nd & 3-rd harmonics of Ytterbium laser lines and 1-st harmonic of Ti:Sapphire laser. Divergence adjustment solution is embedded in the system to allow for smooth and fine divergence adjustment compensation, which is crucial in laser machining process fine-tuning.

Expander is designed to comply strict stability, longevity, and robustness requirements that are inflicted by industrial lasers applications, which makes it suitable for both – industrial and demanding scientific use.

USP beam expanders are designed for high power beams, and will work reliably with with the following laser powers:

  • 1st harmonic >100W;

  • 2nd harmonic  >50W;

  • 3rd harmonic  >10W.
